Thanks to Cher Duncombe for the inspiration to post the two videos on the post. The first created by Niamh Clune and Claudio Fiore “The Coming of the Feminine Christ.” The second of a reading by Niamh Clune of her poem “New Shoots.” Feel a deep connection to all three of these people. All have and are having a profound effect on my life. Thank you. the secret keeper Love, J.K.

When I was growing up I remember reading so many different versions of what it was like to be an artist, a writer, a poet, any kind of artist, that there was always pain somewhere inside of them, Then some critics who write that is a myth, You don’t need the pain to be creative. Maybe you do, or don’t, but you do need to have to have some knowledge or awareness of life and a deep imagination that allows you to join together the combination of creative ideas flosting around inside all parts of your being, your heart, your mind, your soul and your body. For me I listen to my muse. She is one active inspiration for me almost to the point of exhaustion and beyond. I can’t blame her for me breaking the rules of what a bodies needs to survive in a healthy state. I need to express myself. It comes a different way everytime. It surprises me as much as I think it surprises other people that view it or read it or experience it. It is always new for me, too. I admit I get to enjoy or ponder what I create because it really truthfully comes as a surprise to me. It must be like that when you are writing or painting. You have something inside of you feeling out what is making you edgy or wanting you to express whatever ia coming to the surface from inside of you. That’s what it is like for me. It is like being a sculptor with words or images or music or art. I need them all. If I had the space and experience to do them all I would. But I’ve narrowed it down to what I do here. I like writing fiction, also, espeicially creating stories that could be made into films but that is a whole other part of me that needs time to develop. Doing this makes me feel alive inside. I don’t try to hurt anyone. I just try to express a truth or feeling that needs to be expressed. I try to rip myself apart sometimes to get at the inside of what I write or what I create, even with the music. That can be just as difficult to put together. Music effects me in a very profound way. It gets inside of me so deeply that it tears me apart sometimes, if not all the time. Yes, there are the fun songs and I try to listen to them sometimes and it makes my body move and I feel so naturally hight on them but its the deep ones that really get me. All I create in my posts comes from feep inside whether through unshed tears or sometimes a place for laughter. So, you nailed me, I do put many layers in what i create. It isn’t easy but it is the only way that I can do it. Love you Cher. You are a real inspiration to me.I love that we are getting to know each other. I love your art, both paintings and poetry and will add t that, I love the comments you make, not just to me but to anyone you are trying to share what you feel about what they have created, You are so generous in giving of yourself so deeply. I do appreciate that deptht in you. Well, I must get going to bed. My time to write is nighttime. I sometimes goof and call mysef the night writer. Thank you, Love Muchly, Jen J.K.

the queen, in my story she talks to the beheaded dead heads. kind of a bit zombieish.Yes, Alice my hero does see through the illusion. Her attackers aren’t real. But mine do feel real. They’re in my mind but they take it over even though i fight. I deny until they break my spirit. That’s what therapy is for to help me to stop them from getting that kind of control over me. I don’t want to feel the way i did in the poem i wrote last night. They are in hiding now. Maybe they’ll stay away. Somehow, I have to find a way that I can lock them up permanently. I think Alice In Wonderland was my favorite story that I read when I was a child. If I were her I would have done exacty the same things she did, just out of pure curiosity. It’s the Cheshire Cat in me. I think I know things but I haven’t got a clue. I suppose that’s what makes life such an adventure. J.K.
